About Us
Garry Jalowka is currently the CEO of Window & Co. Inc., dba Mr Window Cleaning and CEO of Mr Window Franchise Corporation which currently services Arizona, California and Nevada.  His story is a true ‘Rags to Riches’ story.  He first started his window cleaning business back in June of 1993 with only a $100 bill and by way of public transportation where he had to carry his ladder, buckets, squeegees and other equipment.  He states that, “The recipe for success has to do with only a few ingredients - determination, persistence and most importantly never letting go of your high expectations for professional, high quality and reliable service”.

During the past three years Mr. Jalowka served on the Board of Directors for the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA). He has represented the IWCA at tradeshows for BOMA, PRSM, PWNA & ISSA and has developed supporting relationships with officials from those associations. He believes that it is important to also continue to build relationships with IFMA, IREM, BSCAI, GANA, NAHB and other organizations related to the window cleaning and power washing industry.

During his term with the IWCA Mr. Jalowka was appointed as the Seminar Chairman for the Convention Committee and led the IWCA to their first joint convention with PWNA (Power Washers of North America) which was one of the biggest and best conventions of the decade. His leadership and organizational skills raised the level of professionalism for all future IWCA & PWNA conventions. The highlight for Mr. Jalowka’s term with the IWCA was the opportunity to meet and spend time with “RUDY” Ruettiger, the Notre Dame football hero who’s story and feature film movie inspired us all.

Mr. Jalowka has conducted many industry related seminars and has also conducted Regional Safety & Training seminars. Mr. Jalowka assisted with the development of the Route/Residential Safety program for the IWCA as well as the Slip & Fall Safety Program for the PWNA by working closely with the NFSI (National Floor Safety Institute).

Mr. Jalowka also volunteers his time to conduct business development seminars for ROP students at local High Schools, he works with the California Freeway Maintenance Department on graffiti control & prevention, and he also supports local youth sports teams. Mr. Jalowka enjoys spending his free time with his family – wife Anabelle, and his five children Derek, Nicole, Isabella, Jezabelle and Antonio. Mr. Jalowka also enjoys playing golf and watching football, basketball and movies when he has time to relax.
